How did you get into fitness?
I got into fitness through friends who were marathon runners, they encourage me to train and since then I became an avid marathon runner.

What do you like to do on the weekends?
I enjoy taking my kids out on hikes and hanging out with friends.

What inspires you?
Hard working and ambitious mamas.

What’s your pre-workout routine or ritual?
Meditation.

What has motivated you to become a trainer?
After having children, I started to make the gym my daily routine. Women would approach me for tips on workouts and nutrition. I then realized it was something that I enjoyed sharing and made it my career.

How do you motivate others?
Through positive lifestyle and self growth.
